Driving Directions to Virginia Equine Imaging

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS LISTED BELOW AS THE GPS Maps TEND TO DIRECT YOU DOWN DIFFICULT, NON-TRAILER FRIENDLY ROADS.

Do NOT turn at the traffic light from Middleburg onto Landmark School Rd. There is a one-lane bridge and a very steep hill that will bottom out your hitch and trailer.

Please use the following directions:

From Middleburg/Route 50 (John Mosby Hwy):

From Route 50, enter the Town of Middleburg and turn south onto The Plains Rd/Rte 626 toward The Plains: If headed East on 50, turn right onto The Plains Rd. (The Sporting Library will be on your right and the Middleburg Community Center will be on your left); If headed West on 50, turn left onto The Plains Rd. (passing Brick and Morter [look for the life sized Sheep] and the Loudoun Market on your left and the Middleburg Community Center on your right). Go 4.5 miles and turn LEFT onto Landmark Rd./Rte. 679. Go 3.5 miles and turn LEFT on Landmark School Rd./Rte. 776 (sign for Landmark School Rd. is easy to overlook). Go 1/2 mile to VEI on the LEFT.

From The Plains/Route 55 (John Marshall Hwy):

From Route 55, enter The Plains and turn north onto Loudoun Rd./Rte. 626 towards Middleburg (Gas Station is on corner). Loudoun Ave. becomes Halfway Rd. after the Railroad Tracks Go 3.8 miles and turn RIGHT onto Landmark Rd./Rte. 679. Go 3.5 miles and turn LEFT onto Landmark School Rd./Rte. 776 (sign for Landmark School Rd. is easy to overlook). Go 1/2 mile to VEI on the LEFT.

From I-66:

Take exit 31/ VA-245 (The Plains/Old Tavern). Go north towards The Plains on Old Tavern Rd. Go 1.4 miles to the stop sign and turn RIGHT onto Main St/John Marshall Hwy/Rte. 55. Turn LEFT onto Loudoun Ave./Rte. 626 (Gas Station is on corner). Loudoun Ave. becomes Halfway Rd. after the Railroad Tracks. Go 3.8 miles and turn RIGHT onto Landmark Rd./Rte. 679. Go 3.5 miles and turn LEFT on Landmark School Rd./Rte. 776 (sign for Landmark School Rd. is easy to overlook). Go 1/2 mile to VEI on the LEFT.

When you arrive at VEI:

Pull into the driveway and keep to the RIGHT (clinic will be on your left). Follow the signs to the trailer parking and call the office to check-in (540)687-4663. A VEI staff member will meet you at your trailer. All horses must have a temperature check prior to unloading. We advise our clients to check your horse’s temperature prior to departing your barn/farm as horses with abnormal temperatures will not be permitted to unload.
